About us

Isomab is a UK-based biopharmaceutical company developing first-in-class antibody therapies to treat cardiovascular diseases.

Isomab’s research is built on more than 20 years of work studying the balance between two Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF-A) isoforms, namely VEGF-A165a and VEGF-A165b.

Spun out of the University of Nottingham in 2022, its technology focuses on blocking specific VEGF-A isoforms to restore the growth of new blood vessels and restore healthy blood flow.
